On Saturday December 10, 2017, Choir Boys LEMC along with several other volunteers gathered to participate in the Fallen Heroes Wreath Program to honor Police Officers across the country who have died serving their communities. The Choir Boys LEMC as well as several other motorcycle clubs, Law Enforcement Officers and volunteers met at Saints Simon and Jude School parking lot where a brief ceremony was held and then Choirboys and other volunteers caravanned to various cemeteries and burial sites throughout Arizona.
We were escorted to many different cemeteries and burial sites of our fallen heroes where we placed wreaths at each of the graves. One group went to the Peace Officer Memorial to place wreaths for those we were unable to locate, are buried out of state or were cremated. The oldest grave we visited was killed in 1913, we read his name, told his story and laid a wreath.
This is a state wide event and proud members of the Tucson Choir Boys LEMC also participated, laying wreaths at gravesites in their area and their Fallen Officer Memorial.
We honor your sacrifice this holiday season - you are not forgotten.
